PILATES PRIVATE SESSION

A unique and individualized 1-on-1 pilates session to help build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.
Pilates Group Class

This particular class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.


Weight Training 101

This class will implement a full body strength training routine using Dumbbells and the TRX system. The focus is to teach safe lifting, proper form and understanding the frequency and weights recommended for all ages.
Weight training will not be integrated in the pilates classes as both methods are taught separately in order to maintain the quality and traditional work the Pilates Methods provide. All Weight Training classes are taught by Certified Personal Trainers and can be reserved by contacting the studio in person or online.
Stretch Services
40 Mins
In addition to our workout routines and busy lifestyles sometimes our bodies often need a stretch beyond what we can do independently.
Our new Stretch & Release program includes a 40 min full body stretch session. Customized to help relax your muscles using Foam Rollers, PNF stretching techniques and breath work.
The session also includes a complimentary 30 min Infrared Sauna Session with program choices for Pain Relief or Detox to help the muscular and nervous system relax even more after your Stretch Session.
Our Stretch Thearpist are certified through an NCCA fitness association in addition to their Pilates and Personal Training experience.


INFRARED SAUNA
45 Mins
Contribute to your overall health and well-being by helping you relax, loosening up stiff or tight muscles, reducing joint pain, and giving you some much needed time to yourself. Unlike traditional saunas, an infrared sauna may offer the same benefits without the extreme heat.
